Germany is a land of bread. We have hundreds of kinds and could never live without it. Unfortunately bread comes with a lot of carbs, which you should avoid if you are trying to loose some wight.
At the same time, more and more people are suffering from gluten intolerance. An educated guess would be, that this is because we overbred grain so that it contains much more gluten that it did a view thousand years ago. Also human kind is not made to eat as much carbs as we do.
This recipe is very easy to follow. The bread is high in fibers and tastes yummie with sweet foods as well as with salty ones. As long as you stay to the approximate quantitiy in total, you don’t need to use all incredients as stated here.

Method
- Add all dry incredients in a large mixing bowl
- Mix Eggs and cream cheese in another bowl until creamy
- Now add the cream-cheese mixture to the bowl with dry incredients and mix well
- Add the warm water and mix well, then wait a view minutes until the water is soaked in, otherwise you won’t be able to shape a bread
- Shape a bread and put it on a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Bake for 90 minutes at 180 °C.
